Thank you so much for supporting Joyful Jane Creations. Each order is prepared with care, and we’re grateful you’ve chosen to bring faith-filled artwork into your home.

Below you’ll find details about digital delivery and physical shipping.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

After completing your purchase, you will receive:

  • A download link on your order confirmation page
  • A download link sent to the email address provided at checkout

No physical item will be mailed for digital purchases.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your files, please contact us at joyfuljanecreations@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you.

Physical Prints & Gift Items

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If so, this will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Time (U.S. Orders)

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within:

  • 4-8 business days via standard shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

We currently ship physical items within the United States.

Digital products are available worldwide.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Joyful Jane Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at joyfuljanecreations@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will gladly work with you to find a solution.
